Making a Difference Every Day

At Adelia Social Supports we believe that great support starts with genuine and caring people.

We provide personalised Disability Support and In-home Aged Care services across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands, helping people live with greater independence, confidence and connection.

Every person we support has their own goals, interests and story, and we take the time to build relationships that are based on trust, respect and kindness.

Whether you're supporting an older person to continue living independently at home or helping someone living with autism, ADHD, an intellectual disability or a psychosocial disability to achieve their goals, you'll have the opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in someone's life.
