About Us
At Adelia Social Supports, we believe support should feel welcoming, approachable and genuine.
We’re a friendly, community-minded registered NDIS provider in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands, here to help participants feel more confident, connected and empowered as they move through everyday life.
We work with participants aged 10–65 with low to medium support needs, and we take pride in creating supports that feel personal, steady and easy to engage with.
Our approach is simple: listen first, support second, grow together.
Whether someone is building life skills, navigating social situations, or looking for gentle encouragement to get out into the community, we’re here to make each step feel manageable and meaningful.
We support participants with:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1–2)
• Psychosocial disabilities
• Mild to moderate intellectual disabilities
• ADHD or cognitive processing differences
Every plan we create is shaped by the participant we’re supporting — their interests, their routines, their comfort levels and their goals. We want participants to feel safe, understood and supported in a way that suits them, not the other way around.
At Adelia, we truly believe there’s always a gentler, friendlier and more empowering way to help people grow and we’re here to walk alongside each participant as they discover what’s possible for them.

Making a Difference
Why Choose Us
Choosing the right support team matters — and we want you to feel good about choosing us. Here’s what makes Adelia a little different:
🌼 We keep things warm, calm and welcoming
No pressure. No overwhelm. Just friendly support that meets you where you’re at.
🌱 We grow at your pace
Some people like small steps. Others like bigger ones. Either way, we follow your pace, not a checklist.
🤝 We listen — really listen
Your goals guide everything we do. We take the time to understand what matters to you so we can support you in ways that feel right and comfortable.
🌟 We make everyday life a little easier
Whether it’s planning meals, joining a group, building routines or practising new skills, we’re here to make the day flow smoother.
💛 We’re all about connection
We love seeing people find activities they enjoy, meet new friends, and feel more confident being part of their community.
🎉 We bring a friendly, fun energy
Support doesn’t have to feel serious all the time. We like making sessions enjoyable, encouraging and positive — because learning and growing should feel good.
